No. 2965. ORDER OF CONTINUANCE.

It appearing to the Court that the return day on the Order show cause in the above entitled matter comes on February 24th.1915, and that theJudges of this District will be otherwise engaged in the performance of their duties,

IT IS NOW THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing on the return day in the above entitled matter be, and the same is hereby continued to and including March 2nd.1915, at 10 a.m.
