IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF ELSIE MILLER DICKINSON, alias ELSIE MILLER,FOR A WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS :

NO. 2965. STIPULATION.

WHEREAS an order has been made by the Secretary of the Department of Labor cancelling the warrants of arrest and deportation heretofore issued against the petitioner in the above entitled matter, and said petitioner has been released from custody under said warrant and is no longer restrained of her liberty, Now, therefore,

It is STIPULATED by and between Vanderveer & Cummings, attorneys for the petitioner herein, and Clay Allen, United States District Attorney for the Western District of Washington, attorney for Henry M. White, Commissioner of Immigration, respondent herein, that the above named petitioner be discharged from further custody, and that the bond heretofore filed by her to secure her appearance in the above entitled proceeding be cancelled and discharged, and that an order to the foregoing effect may be entered by said petitioner without further notice.
