IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF CELIA BERG O'NEILL, alias CELIA BERG FOR A WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That We, Celia Berg O'Neill, as principal, and NATIONAL SURETY COMPANY and as sureties, are held and firmly bound unto the United States of America, in the penal sum of $1000.00, for the payment whereof, well and truly to be made in good and lawful money of the United States of America, we do bind ourselves, and each of our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.

Sealed with our seals and dated this 18th day of February, 1915,

The condition of the above obligation is such that, whereas, the above named Celia Berg O'Neill has duly filed her petition for the allowance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, and thereupon such Writ issued to Henry M.White, Commissioner of Immigration, directing said Henry M.White to make full return to said petition, which said return was ordered to be made on the 24th day of February,1915,

 

NOW, THEREFORE, if, pending the hearing of said return date of said Writ, and until the final order of this court in the premises, the said Celia Berg O'Neill, renders herself in attendance upon said court and fully obeys all orders of said court in the premises and renders herself into custody in case such Writ of Habeas Corpus is by the court discharged, then this obligation shall be null and void, otherwise to be and remain in full force and virtue. .
