This matter coming on for hearing on the application of plaintiff, Celia Berg O'Neill, by her attorneys, Gill, Hoyt & Frye; that said Celie Berg O'Neill be admitted to bail pending the hearing on an application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus made by said Celia Berg O'Neill, entered on the 17th day of February,1915, which said application was granted and return of said writ was fixed for the 24th day of February, 1915,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that pending the hearing upon the return day of said Writ of Celia Berg O'Neill, or to such other dates as the same may be continued and until the final order of the court, the said Celia Berg O'Neill be released and discharged from the custody of the Commissioner of Immigration upon her giving bond to the United States of America in the penal sum of $1000.00 conditioned for the obedience of Celia Berg O'Neill to the orders of this court in the premises and that she will render herself into the custody of the Commissioner of Immigration in case such Writ of Habeas Corpus is by this court discharged.
Such bond to be in form satisfactory to the United States District Attorney for this district and with sureties to him satisfactory.
