IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF GUSSIE GOLDMAN WOODS, alias GUSSIE GOLDMAN, FOR A WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS.

No. 2960. ORDER DISCHARGING PETITIONER ETC.

Upon reading and filling the stipulation dated February 26, 1915, by and between Vanderveer & Cummings, attorneys for petitioner, and Clay Allen, Esq., United States District Attorney for the Western District of Washington, attorney for Henry M. White, Commissioner of Immigration, respondent herein, to the effect that the above named petitioner be discharged from further custody, and that the bond heretofore filed by her to secure her appearance in the above entitled action be cancelled,

It is now, therefore, ORDERED, that the above named petitioner Gussie Goldman Woods, alias Gussie Goldman, be and she hereby is, discharged from further custody, and that the bond heretofore filed by her herein to secure her appearance in the above entitled proceeding be, and the same hereby is, cancelled and discharged.
