IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between Ralph S. Pierce, attorney for the above named applicant, and United States Attorney, Robt. C. Saunders, attorney for respondent, Henry M. White, that the exhibit attached to respondent's return herein, being the record of proceedings before the Immigration authorities, and the testimony adduced in said proceedings with relation to the deportation of said applicant, may be withdrawn from the records and files of this court.
