The above named applicant and petitioner, by her attorney, having stipulated herein with the respondent through his attorney, for the withdrawal of certain exhibits from the files herein, it is

THEREFORE BY THE COURT HEREBY CONSIDERED AND ORDERED that the respondent, Henry M. White, Commissioner of Immigration at Seattle, Washington, be, and he hereby is, permitted and authorized to withdraw from the files and records herein that certain exhibit attached to the return of said respondent herein, said exhibit being a transcript of record of the proceedings and testimony adduced in said proceedings before the Immigration officers of the United States with relation to the deportation of the above named petitioner, and the clerk of the court is hereby ordered and directed to deliver and surrender said exhibit to the said Henry M. White, or his attorney.
