Writ of Habeas Corpus.

The United States of America to Hon. Ellis DeBruller. United States Commissioner of Immigration, for the Port of Seattle, Greeting:

We command you that you have the body of Marie Miler, by you imprisoned and detained as it is averred, together with the time and cause of such imprisonment and detention, by whatever name the said Marie Miler shall be called or charged before the Hon. Edward E. Cushman, District Judge of the above entitled Court, in and for the Western District of Washington, Northern Division, at his Court room of the said United States District Court room in the United States Postoffice Building at Seattle, Washington, on [blank] the 21st day of April 1913, at two o'clock, p.M. to do and receive concerning the said Marie Miler; and have you then and there this writ.

Witness the Honorable Edward E. Cushman, Judge of the said United States District Court above entitled, this 15th day of April, 1913.
