Mari Miller v. United States of America. Notice of Receipt

I am directed by Judge Hanford to inform you that by reason of the merger of the United States Circuit Court into the United States District Court, the late Clerk of the Circuit Court is required to promptly make an adjustment of fees earned during the time of his incumbency in that office and to pay to litigants whatever rebates may be due to them on account of advance fees paid into the Clerk's office in cases which have been finished, and to insist upon the payment to this office of balances of fees earned by the late Clerk in excess of the amounts advanced. By this order you, as attorney.., are required to pay into the office balances in cases as shown below.
