In re Petition of Rose Baker for a Writ of Habeas Corpus.

Affidavit in Forma Pauperis.

State of Washington.

County of King.

Rose Baker being first duly sworn on oath says: That she is the petitioner above named; that she has no money nor property of any kind and cannot furnish the fees for filing her petition in said cause nor pay for the service of process. That she is a citizen of the United States and of the state of Washington.

WHEREFORE your petitioner respectfully prays that an order be made directing the clerk to file said petition, and directing the United States Marshal to serve the Writ of Habeas Corpus without fees being first paid.

Subscribed and sworn to before me this 6th day of June, A.D.1912.
