In the name of the United States you are hereby required to appear before the undersigned, one of the Justices of the Peace in and for the said County, on the 1st day of July 1886, at 1 o'clock P.M. at his office in Spokane Falls W.T. to give evidence in a certain cause then and there to be tried between the Territory of Washington Plaintiff and Ray Raymond Defendant
