Kellinger and Rob Craw In the name of the United States you are hereby required to appear before the undersigned, one of the Justices of the Peace in and for the said County, forthwith on the day of 188, at o'clock .M. at his office in Spokane Falls W.T. to give evidence in a certain cause then and there to be tried between the Territory of Washington Plaintiff and Ray Raymond Defendant
