I hereby certify that I have executed the annexed warrant by arresting the same Ray Raymond therein named and have her now in my custody, and do not bring her into court by reason of agreement between the prosecuting attorney and attorney for said defendant that on account of sickness of said defendant she need not be brought into court pending her application for a continuance.
