The Territory of Washington
vs.
Ray Raymond

W.D. Gillespie being duly sworn says: that he is a policeman within and for the city of Spokane Falls on the 26th day of June A.D. 1886, in the city of Spokane Falls in Spokane County, Washington Territory, Ray Raymond did purposely and of her deliberate and premeditated malice kill James Finch then and there being by then and there shooting him in the neck with a pistol giving to him a mortal wound of which mortal wound the said James Finch then and   there died.

All contrary to the statute in such case made and provided, and against the peace and dignity of the Territory of Washington.
