TO THE SHERIFF OF Spokane COUNTY, GREETING: IN THE NAME OF THE UNITED STATES, You are hereby commanded to summon Ruby Stanley, Pearl Worthington, J. Lynch gardner[?] C.S. Hill, Dr. J.M. Morgan

to be and appear before the District Court, at the Court House, in Spokane Falls, in said County, on the 23d day of May A.D. 1887 at 11 o'clock A.M. to here give evidence in the above entitled cause on part of said Defendant there to remain until discharged.
