Ray Raymond being first duly sworn says that she is defendant above named: that she has heard and that portion of the affidavit of S.C. Hyde Prosecuting Attorney in relation to the Charles Wilson mentioned in the affidavit of affiant heretofore filed herein: that the in which affiant S.C. Hyde states that the same Charles Wilson is a hack driver and has been so engaged at Spokane Falls for a long time and affiant Ray Raymond says to such statement of the Prosecuting Attorney that the Charles Wilson mentioned in her affidavit is another man altogether and not the Charles Wilson heretofore engaged in hack driving at said Spokane Falls.
