I Thomas Botham being duly sworn on my oath do depose and say that I am now and for the past four years have been a resident of the precinct of Rockford   in Spokane County Washington Territory. That I have heard & read the foregoing affidavit of W.S. Murphy and know the contents thereof. That the facts therein stated are true as I verily believe.
