County of Spokane} ss:

Mr. T. E. Jennings Henry Spangle and John Blakely being duly sworn, each for himself deposes and says: That he resides in Spangle precinct in said county and Territory: That he has heard read the foregoing affidavit of W.A. Sanders, that the facts therein stated are true as he verily believes. That he believes an unprejudiced jury could be secured in said precinct to try said case that said W.A. Sanders is well known to affiant and that he is worthy of belief.
