To the Sheriff of Spokane County, Greeting:

In the Name of the United States, You are hereby commanded to summon George Wycoff

to be and apear before the District Court at the Court House, in Cheney Spokane Falls in said County, on the forthwith day of December A.D. 1886 at o'clock M. to there give evidence in the above entitled cause on the part of said Territory.

Witness the Hon. George Turner, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Washington Territory, and Judge of said Court, and the Seal thereof affixed this 4th day of Dec. A.D. 1886
