B.C. Van Houton being by me first duly sworn says that he is the auditor of Spokane County Washington Territory and that the foregoing list of persons qualified to act as Grandy Juror is the only list filed in his office for the year of 1887, and that the said foregoing writ a true and correct copy of the the original list in my office and the names are in the same order as on the original and that the grand jury for the May term of the District Court of said County was selected from said list.
