I, Thomas C. Griffith, being first duly sworn on my oath state: I am one of the attorneys of Ray Raymond and am a citizen of the United States of lawful age. I make this application for a writ of Habeas Corpus in her behalf and at her request; I have read the foregoing petition for a writ of Habeas Corpus know the contents thereof and I believe said Petition to be true.
