I do hereby return to the Honorable Judge George Turner Judge of the Fourth Judicial District Holding Terms at Spokane Falls Washington Territory that before the coming to one of the within writ the said Joseph Bradshaw was committed to my custody and is detained by writ of a commitment. A copy of which I failed to bring with me. Nevertheless, I have the body of the said Joseph Bradshaw before you at the time and place within metion. As I am within commanded
