vs.
Ray Raymond, Defendant.

To the Sheriff of Kittitas County, --- Greeting: In the name of of the United States, you are hereby commanded that you have the body of Joseph Bradshaw now in prison under your cutsody, it is said, under safe and secure conduct before the District Court of the Territory of Washington within and for the Fourth Judicial District thereof, holding terms at Spokane Falls, in said county and Territory, at the Court House of said county, in Spokane Falls, on the Third Monday in May, 1887, it being the 16th day of May, 1887, at ten o'clock A.M. of said day, then and there to testify the truth according to his knowledge in a certain cause now pending wherein the Territory of Washington is plaintiff and Ray Raymond is defendant, and there to testify on the part of the Territory of Washington, and after the said Joseph Bradshaw shall have given his testimony, that you return him to the said prison under safe and secure conduct, and have you then and there this writ.

Witness the Hon. George Turner, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Washington Territory, and Judge of said Court, and the seal thereof affixed, this the 9th day of May, A.D. 1887.
