In the District Court of the Territory of Washington in and for the Fourth Judicial District thereof, holding terms at Spokane Falls, Spokane County, in said Territory.

To the Sheriff of Spokane County, Greeting: In the name of the United States, you are hereby commanded to summon Samuel Gray and bring with him a check issued to James Finch to be and appear before the District Court, at the Court House, in Spokane Falls, in said County, on the forthwith day of May A.D. 1887 at [] o'clock [] M. to here give evidence in the above entitled cause on part of said Defendant there to remain until discharged.

WITNESS the Hon George Turner, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Washington Territory, and Judge of said Court, and the Seal thereof affixed this 30th day of May A.D. 1887.
