Live on Main Street Spokane Falls W.T. My buisness is saloon keeper live at the saloon I am the Man Barnes and keep the place where Finch was said to have gone I heard the discription given of the dead man by Dr. Morgan R.R. Order shown Barnes saw it before on the hands of the man described by Dr Morgan should judge about 10 pm night he was shot had it himself in his hands in my saloon, the Man I thought was pretty drunk, he was pretty noisy jumping around a good deal dont know as he done any swearing wanted the true[?] order was more pleasant than quarrelsome shook hands with me and said I was a good man and he was a good man did not get any liquor of me, he asked me for liquor and I informed and told him he had enough and if he would I would go away give him a Cigar
