I knew James Finch saw him morning of the 26th of June wounded I went in there 20 minutes or half hour after the shooting was done know nothing about the man more than I saw the man and recognied the man came in with him from the RR was at the house nearby all the the morning after he was shot did not see deft I could not find out anything about it did not get to see deft saw two other ladies
