I searched the body of the Man dead at the Bay Windows I found order and no arms upon him found an order and $2.00 in money I did not examine the Wound and do not care to state as I

I examined the Body Saturday Friday Morning between the hours of one & three O'Clock

Recross

when I got there the man was dead had not been dead long was lying in the hall about 8 feet from the inner door about the Middle of the Hall

Do not know who had searched the body before it was after Dr Morgan left that I got there was dont know the Man that showed me the Body was the Man that Came for me might have been Mr Gillespie no one suggested the propriety of searching the body found on the Body this order produced in court 2.00 in Money a pipe and some tobacco found no knife
