Comes now King Dykeman, respondent named in the writ of habeas corpus issued in the above entitled action, and moves the court for an order quashing the writ of habeas corpus issued herein, dismissing the above entitled motion and remanding the petitioner above named to the custody of the Juvenile Detention Home in King County, Washington, on the ground and for the reason that the petition in this action fails to state facts sufficient to entitle petitioner to any relief
