This cause came on to be heard upon the return or the city marshal to the writ of Habeas Corpus heretofore issued, and upon the uncontested accuse[?] of the petitioner hereto, and case opened by Counsel; then upon, the court being fully adjourned[?] in the premise, it is ordered that the petitioner be discharged from further confinement under the commitment in the above cause. Dated this 16 day of Dec. 1885.
