To the Sheriff or any constable of said County: or the Marshall of Said City

Whereas, R.J. Rusk has this day complained in writing under oath, to the undersigned, one of the Justices of the Peace, in and for said county, that on the 20th day of November 1885 in said county and Territory. One Frankie Switsinger did wilfully unlawfully & maliciously keep a house wihtin the limits of the City of Spokane Falls in which other persons smoke or inhale opium contrary to the provisions and in violation of an ordinance of said City entitled "an ordinance prohibiting the smoking or inhaling of opium" passed by the City Council September 9th 1885.

Therefore, In the name of the United States, you are hereby commanded forthwith to apprehend the said Frankie Sutsinger and bring him before me to be dealt with according to law.
