Sterling P. White v. John Cody. Verdict

 

Territory of Washington County of Lincoln} ss

We the undersigned a jury empannelled by J.W. Carpenter a Justice of the Peace and Acting coroner in and for said county do find a verdict as follows.

That the deceased was A.L. Beardon that his death was caused by a pistol shot. That said shot was fired by one S. White alias Bud White and that said shot caused the death of A.L. Beardon.
