Sterling P. White being duly sworn says I am the defendant in the above entitled action, and I am not the owner of any property whatever personal or real nor have I any money credit or other means of any kind whatever by which I am able to pay or procure the payment of any fees whatever necessary in the service of process or in procuring the attendance at court of the witnesses subpoenaed for my defense.
