In the District Court of the Territory of Washington and for the FirstFourth Judicial District thereof, holding terms at Cheney, Spokane County, in said Territory

To the Sheriff of Lincoln County, Greeting:

IN THE NAME OF THE UNITED STATES, You are hereby commanded to summon Dayton Trussell to be and appear before the District Court aforesaid at the Court House, in Cheney, in said County, on the forthwith day of April A.D. 1885, at o'clock, M. to there give evidence in the above entitiled cause on the part of said Defendant S. P. White

Witness the Hon. George Turner Associate Judge of the Supreme Court of Washington Territory, and Judge of said Court, and the Seal thereof affixed, this 17 day of April A.D. 1885
