To the Sheriff of Spokane Lincoln County, Greeting: IN THE NAME OF THE UNITED STATES, You are hereby commanded to summon Wells Williams Eva Stephey to be and appear before the District Court aforesaid at the Court House, in Cheney, in said County, on the forthwith day of April A.D. 1885, at o'clock, M. to there give evidence in the above entitiled cause on the part of said Defendant S.P. White

Witness the Hon. George Turner Associate Judge of the Supreme Court of Washington Territory, and Judge of said Court, and the Seal thereof affixed, this 20 day of April A.D. 1885
