IN THE NAME OF THE UNITED STATES, You are hereby commanded to summon Allen Stookey Franklin Hire[?] Samuel Gentry Perry Harold Alfred Stookey to be and appear before the District Court aforesaid at the Court House, in Cheney, in said County, on the forthwith day of April A.D. 1885, at - o'clock, - M., to there give evidence in the above entitled cause on the part of said Plaintiff Defendant.

Witness the Hon. George Turner Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Washington Territory, and Judge of said Court, and the deal thereof affixed, this 28 day of April A.D. 1885
