T. S. Roadman v. P. W. Dillon. Writ of Habeas Corpus

 

In the District Court First Judicial District holding terms at Cheney for The County of Spokane Territory of Washington

To the Sheriff of Spokane County Territory of Washington

In the name of the United States you are hereby commanded to have the body of T.S. Roadman by you imprisoned and detained as it is avered together with the time and cause of such imprisonment and detainment by what soever name said T.S. Roadmann shall be called on charge before S.C. Wingard judge of the District Court of the Territory of Washington at the court room of said District Court of Spokane County on the 13th day of August 1883 at 7 o'clock PM of that day to do and receive what shall then and there be considered concerning the said T.S. Roadman and have you then and there this writ

Witness the Hon. S.C. Wingard judge of the said District Court of the Court room in the County of Spokane this 13th day of August 1883. Attest my hand and the seal of said court the day and year as above written.
