To any constable and Keeper of the jail of said county;
Whereas Edward B Fuller has been brought this day before the undersigned one of the Justices of the Peace in and for said county charged on the oath of John Seibert with having on the 9th day of June 1877 in said county committed a felony in threatening the person of the said John Seibert by written communication, and also of being accessory to the crime of Polygamy on the 30th day of May in said county, and in progress of the trial it appearing to the said Justice that the said Edward B Fuller has been guilty of Felony committed at the time and place aforesaid and also guilty of being accessory to the crime of Polygamy at the time and place aforesaid and whereas the said Edward B Fuller has failed to give bail in the sum of one Thousand dollars for his appearance to answer at the next term of the District Court as required by me. Therefore in the name of the United States you are required to receive the said Edward B Fuller into your custody in said Jail and him there safely keep until he be discharged by due course of law
