This cause coming on to be heard this 28th day of January 1885 at one o'clock in the afternoon of said day; and the body of the petitioner Mary Arlington being brought into Court by the Sheriff of Pierce County: and after hearing the argument of counsel for Petitioner, It is ordered by the Court, that the writ be dismissed: and it is further ordered that the said Mary Arlington petitioner herein be remanded to the custody of the Sheriff of Pierce County, and it is further considered by the Court that the said respondant recover of and from the said Petitioner Mary Arlington, the costs of this proceeding to be tried, and that Execution issue therefor,
