To Henry Winsor, Sheriff of Pierce County, GREETING:
In the name of the United States of America, you are hereby commanded to have the bodies of Sam, Lock and Jim, by you imprisoned and detained, as is averred, together with the time and cause of their detention and imprisonment, by whatsoever name said Sam, Lock and Jim shall be called or charged, before John P. Hoyt, Judge of the Second Judicial District of Washington Territory, at his Chambers at Olympia, in said Territory, on the 23rd day of August A.D. 1884, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of that day, to do and receive what shall then and there be considered concerning the said Sam, Lock and Jim.
And have you then and there this writ.
