In Justice's Court before W H Harris an acting Justice of the Peace in and for Tacoma Precinct Pierce County W.T.

Territory of Washingoton vs}

Pearsonally appeared John Morris who after being duly sworn on this oath says that one Bing Ching Sam Lock & Jim were guilty on or about the 15th day of August AD 1884 in County of Pierce and Territory of Washington of visiting a house in said County and Territory Kept for the purpose of smoking and inhaling opium and that said Defendants did visit said house for the purpose of smoking and in haling and opium and did smoke and inhale the same in said house Which is all contrary to and in violation laws of said Territory and against the Peace and dignity of the people of the same.

Complainant therefor prays that a warrant issue for the   of the said Defendants and That they be delt with according to law.
