Mary Ellen Lyts v. W. D. Lyts. Writ of Habeas Corpus

 

IN THE DISTRICT COURT,

Of the Third Judicial District of Washington Territory, holding Terms at Seattle, for the County of King.

HABEAS CORPUS.

The People of the United States of America, to the Sheriff of King County W. D. Lyts Greeting:

We command you, that you have the body of Francis Walter Lyts by you imprisoned and detained as it is said, together with the time and cause of such imprisonment and detention, by whatsoever name said Francis Walter Lyts shall be called or charged, before the HON. RICHARD A. JONES Thomas Burk, Judge of the aforesaid Court at the Court Rooms of the said Court on the 22nd day of March, 1889, at the hour oc 10 o'clock A. M. of that day to do and receive what shall then and there be considered concerning him the said Francis Walter Lyts. And have you then and there this writ.

WITNESS THE HON. RICHARD A. JONES Thomas Burke, Judge of said District Court, and the seal thereof this 21st day of March A.D. 1889.
