Of the Third Judicial District of Washington Territory, holding Terms at Seattle, for the County of King.

HABEAS CORPUS,

The People of the United States of America, to the Sheriff of King Jefferson County Greeting:

We command you, that you have the bodys of Ed Olson Harry Simpson William Totterman William Darrin John Dohn Frank Kaf Thomas Stuart & G Fitz Gerald by you imprisoned and detained as it is said, together with the time and cause of such imprisonment and detention, by whatsoever name said Ed Olson, Harry Simpson, William Totterman, William Darrin John Dohran Frank Kaff, Thomas Stuart and G Ftiz Gerald shall be called or charged, before the HON Charles E. Boyle RICHARD A. JONES, Judge of the aforesaid Court at the Court House in the County of King on the 27th day of November 1888 at the hour of 1.30 oclock PM to do and receive what shall then and there be considered concerning them the said Ed Olson Harry Simpson, William Totterman, William Darrin, John Dohran, Frank Kaff, Thomas Stuart and G FtizGerald And have you then and there this writ.

WITNESS THE HON. Charles E. Boyle RICHARD A. JONES, Judge of said District Court, and the seal thereof this 22nd day of November A.D. 1888.
