In Chambers before Hon Charles E. Boyle, Judge,

In the matter of the application of Ed Olson et al for writ of Habeas Corpus} No. 6353 Order.

Now on this 27th day of November, A.D. 1888, this matter comes on for hearing, James H. Lewis, Esq appearing for the Petitioners and J. J. Calhoun, District Attorney for Jefferson County appearing in part of the Territory. Upon application of Petitioners by their attorney and by the consent of J.J. Calhoun, it is ordered by the Court that each Petitioner enter into his personal recognizance in the sum of three Hundred Dollars for his appearance in the District Court, holding terms at Port Townsend, on the 4th Monday in March 1888 at the hour of Eleven o'clock A.M. and for his good behavior in the meantime.
