Before N. Soderberg, Justice of the Peace.

Sarah McDunnah Defendant,) COMMITTED.

Threatening to Burn Property

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

County of King,) ss.

To H.G. Thornton, Constable of said Precinct, or to any Constable of said County, and to the Keeper of the County Jail of said County -- Greeting:

WHEREAS, at a Justice's Court held this day at the office of the undersigned, in the city of Seattle, in said County, before the undersigned, a Justice of the Peace of said County, defendant was admitted to bail in the sum of $1500 and has failed to furnish said bail: AND WHEREAS said cause has been temporarily continued, these are therefore to command you, the said Constable, forthwith to convey and deliver the said defendant to the said Keeper, and you the said Keeper are hereby commanded to receive said defendant into your custody in the said Jail, and him there safely keep subject to the orders of this Court, or, until he be thence discharged by due course of law.

Given under my hand this 11th day of June 1888.
