Whereas, Jennie Miller Powers applicant for writ of Habeas Corpus for the body of Mary Alice Powers recovered judgement against Mary Elizabeth Miller and R J Miller her husband Respondents in the District Court for the Third Judicial District of Washington Territory, holding terms at Seattle, on the 12th day of May A.D. 1888 for the sum of Fifty four & 10/100 ($54.10) Dollars with interest at the rate of [] until paid, and costs of suit, amounting to []

Therefore in the name of the United States of America, you are hereby commanded forthwith to levy upon, seize and take into execution, the personal property of the said Mary Elizabeth Miller and R.J. Miller in your county, sufficient subject to execution to satisfy said judgement, interest and increased interest, costs and increased costs, and make sale thereof according to law; and if sufficient personal property cannot be found, then you are further commanded to make the amount of said judgement, interest and increased interest, costs and increased costs, out of their or either of their real property, not exempt by law, and make return of this writ within sixty days from the date hereof.
