B.M. Cline being first duly sworn on oath says that he is the same B.M. Cline named in the foregoing petition; that he has heard the forgoing petition read, knows the contents thereof and that the statements therein are true.

That he is the father of said infant petitioner and makes the said petition and this affidavit in her behalf.
