On reading and filing the petition of Elnora Cline an infant, duly signed and verified by her father B.M Cline, whereby it appears that said Elnora Cline is illegally restrained of her liberty by Ella Cline, at the city of Seattle in King County Wash. It is ordered that a writ of habeas corpus issue out of and under the seal of the District Court aforesaid directed to the   said Ella Cline commanding her to have the body of the said Elnora Cline before me, in the courtroom of the the above entitled court, at the city of Seattle, on the 24h day of May 1887 at 4 o’clock P.M. of that day, to do and receive what shall then and there be considered and ordered concerning the said Elnora Cline, together with the authority and cause of her detention, and that she have then and there the said writ.
