To the Sheriff or any Constable of said County, Greeting:

Whereas, J H Wooley has this day complained in writing, under oath, to the undersigned, one of the Justices of the Peace in and for said County, that on the 10 day of November 1882 at Seattle in said County Defendants did enter the care of [?] a house kept for opium smoking set forth [?] on part for the purpose of smoking opium

Therefore, in the name of the United States you are commanded forthwith to apprehend the said Deft, Chin Chung and bring him before me, to be dealt with according to law.
