To the Sheriff or any constable of said county or the Jailor of said County
Whereas at a Justices Court held at my office in said County for the trial of James Boyd David Hart David Hughes Alexander S Hughes and Joseph Brannen for the offense herein after stated was convicted of Having on the 5th day of May A.D. 1875 or thereabout did commit the offence of threatening to injure and destroy the property of one Josiah Gellerson and one George Gellerson; and upon conviction the said court did adjudge and decree that the said Alexander S Hughes give security in the sum of five hundred dollars and James Boyd David Hart David Hughes and Joseph Brannen should give security in the sum of three hundred dollars each to keep the peace for the span of six months from this date towards all the people of this Territory and towards Josiah Gellerson and George Gellerson especially and particular. And where as the said Alexander S Hughes James Boyd David Hughes David Hart and Joseph Brannen have failed to procure the said required bail, you are hereby commanded to commit the said defendants aforenamed (over) to the jail of said King County and them safely keep untill they procure the bail aforesaid or are otherwise discharged by law
