Lee Sing Wot v. Charles M. Bradshaw. Summons

 

In the District Court, of the Third Judicial District of Washington Territory, holding Terms at Seattle Port Townsend, for the Counties of King and Kitsap Jefferson &c.

HABEAS CORPUS

The People of the United States of America, to the Sheriff of King County Charles M Bradshaw Collector of Customs for the District of Puget Sound Greeting:

We command you, that you have the body of Mrs. Lee Sing Wot by you imprisoned and detained as it is said, together with the time and cause of such imprisonment and detention, by whatsoever name said Mrs Lee Sing Wot shall be called or charged, before the Hon. Roger S. Greene C.H. Hanford, Judge of the aforesaid Court at Seattle on the 30th day of April 1889 at 10 o'clock AM of that day to do and receive what shall then and there be considered concerning the said Mrs Lee Sing Wot. And have you then and there this writ.

Witness the Hon. Roger S. Greene CH Hanford, Judge of said District Court, and the seal thereof this 22 day of April A.D. 1889
